Secure Shopping CRM Addons uses AspDotNetStorefront for shopping cart services, and transactions occur over secure VeriSign SSL connections. What that means is that we've done our best to provide you an easy to use and secure shopping experience while here at CRM Addons.

Shipping We do not ship meida - all our software is downloaded. Once we have processed your order, we will email you download directions for the products you have ordered. This typically happens within a few minutes. If you are using one of our 30 day trials, once you have purchased from us, you will be able to request an unlock code for that application.

We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal/business checks in U.S. currency only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and business checks, allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is released.

Support We support purchased software products via Email and Online Support. Please click "Online Support" from within the application and fill in the form. There is no charge for online support requested within the first 30 days after purchase; thereafter support is billed by the half-hour and a credit card number must be provided in advance. Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days after we shipped it to you, and your money will be refunded. Contact us here for information on receiving a refund.
